This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Huntersville, NC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing repairs as needed. The role also involves maintaining a safe and functional environment for residents through regular inspections and efficient task management. The candidate will work closely with the property team to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
