Required Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on data-intensive or platform-migration programs.
- Working experience with ETL/ELT concepts (Informatica/ Ab Initio / similar legacy ETL tooling strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience writing functional specifications and traceability documentation for data transformation logic.
- Comfortable working with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr (or equivalent test management tooling).
- Prefer experience working for Financial/ Banking domain
