Overview
Symphony ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Responsibilities
Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
Assist clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development
Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment strategies
Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies
Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish speaking proficiency
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous
Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately
