What You Will Do
· Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
· Develop design concepts and select finishes, furniture, and materials
· Produce and manage detailed construction documentation, ensuring the design intent is incorporated
· Resolve complex design challenges with innovative, buildable solutions
· Review contract submittals and maintain design integrity
· Participate in construction administration, site visits, and quality control
· Support project financial performance and contribute to proposals/contracts
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal presentations and learning
Qualifications You Will Need
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam
· Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, codes, and construction techniques
· Extensive experience with construction documents and field observation
· Collaborative and team consciousness
· Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced setting
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate, and meet deadlines
· Passionate, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Your Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture
· 5 years in commercial/corporate office interiors
· LEED AP and WELL AP certifications are highly valued
