About the role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will manage complex treasury operations, including cash management, banking platforms, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning. You will help ensure the company maintains the right level of liquidity to support business needs, strengthen banking relationships, and provide clear analysis and reporting that informs key business decisions.
What you will do
- Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management by analyzing cash flows, optimizing cash deployment, and delivering clear, decision-ready reporting to support operational and strategic business needs.
- Manage banking operations and treasury systems, including bank account administration, platform access and controls, banking documentation, fee analysis, and relationship management to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
- Oversee core treasury operations by ensuring operational continuity, maintaining strong controls and data integrity, managing fraud prevention processes, resolving complex payment issues, and maintaining treasury procedures and documentation.
- Bring strong analytical judgment, ownership, and a continuous improvement approach while partnering cross-functionally to enhance treasury operations, strengthen controls, and support scalable growth initiatives.

Compensation
Salary Range: $79,900 - $133,200 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.
Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma (required), plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of progressive Treasury experience in a senior-level role, with strong knowledge of cash forecasting, cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking operations
- Experience with bank fee analysis, banking relationships, and treasury and banking platforms; exposure to treasury system implementations or enhancements is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who asks thoughtful questions, drives operational improvements, and stays closely connected to day-to-day treasury activities and priorities
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives, including treasury process optimization, reporting enhancements, and bank scorecard development
