Responsibilities
🏥 What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans 💡
- Deliver hands-on care that promotes recovery and quality of life 🌿
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team 🤝
- Maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence ✍️
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 🎓
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license 🧾
- Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care is a plus — new grads welcome! 🌟
