We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist OTR/L to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED team in Hazel Green, WI!

As a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.e.

Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will administer a prescribed OT program to restore and maintain maximum function and prevent disability using a range of therapeutic modalities specific to upper extremity function, sensory and perceptual skills, coordination and self-care skills including, light hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, eating, and homemaking. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
