✅ Maintain productivity standards and ensure accurate documentation
✅ Be an integral part of a compassionate interdisciplinary team
✅ Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
Qualifications

🎓 Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
📜 Hold a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!)
💡 Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great—but not required!
