Student Enrollment Specialist
We turn adults into skilled machinists and maintenance technicians in four months — no degree required, no student debt. Every enrollment changes someone's career trajectory, and this role owns that moment. It's also a goal-carrying, metrics-tracked position: you'll manage daily call volume, conduct tours, and be measured on how many prospects you move from "interested" to enrolled and started. If you're energized by a target and a pipeline, you'll do well here. This is not a quiet desk job.
What you'll do
Work a steady flow of inbound leads by phone, qualify them fast, schedule and run in-person tours, and guide committed prospects through enrollment. You'll nurture a pipeline over days and weeks, follow up relentlessly, and keep your colleagues and students in the loop. This is a phone- and conversion-driven role — expect to spend most of your day talking to people.
What you need
- 3 years in a sales, recruiting, or high-volume customer-contact role where you were responsible for an outcome number (B2C, consultative, membership, dealership, or staffing backgrounds all translate well)
- A track record of hitting or beating targets — be ready to talk specifics
- Genuine closing ability: comfortable asking for the commitment and working through "let me think about it"
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to build trust quickly with a diverse adult population
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline without letting leads go cold
- Spanish a plus
The role
- Full-time, in-person, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. Competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential. Strong performers earn 65K annually.
