We are seeking an experienced ADABAS/Natural Developer with 6 years of hands-on experience in Natural programming and ADABAS database development. This role involves application development, production support, system enhancements, and technical mentoring within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural and ADABAS.
Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform system enhancements.
Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills:
6 years of experience with ADABAS and Natural programming.
Experience with NaturalONE/Eclipse development environment.
Strong knowledge of financial, payroll, accounting, or related business systems.
Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
Experience with JCL, batch processing, and online transaction systems.
Knowledge of software development best practices and version control.
Experience integrating legacy systems with modern technologies.
Technical documentation experience.
