In the role of Operations Supervisor, we need a creative and dynamic problem solver who sees an issue and immediately finds and implements a successful plan of action. You will also continue to use your valuable experience leading teams that rally behind you to direct daily operations, plan, run the warehouse, manage distribution, work with our customers and be hands on alongside our great team of employees. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be the leader! Lead alongside your employees and by setting an example.
- Be the motivator! Motivate and incentivize your team to earn respect and trust!
- People: not only will you lead and teach them, but you will supervise and support them directly on a daily basis to build a culture of success and teamwork.
- Ensure all warehouse personnel comply with standard operating procedures, personnel policies and workload demands.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure established procedures are being met.
- Oversee the picking, packing, kitting, and shipping of orders from our facility.
- Drive KPIs, including 99.7% on time shipping, 99.9% order accuracy, 99.7% on time receiving, among others.
- Utilize strong and sound communication skills while celebrating, coaching, or counseling Symbia employees.
- Maintain records and reports on your shift and make sure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
