Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Wisconsin Dental License in good standing.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
