Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Running the cold food prep station
- Building sandwiches and prepping menu items
- Cutting eggrolls and assisting with food preparation
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the team keep orders moving
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food handling
- Support overall food truck operations by coordinating food preparation, restocking supplies, and ensuring timely service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and engage positively with diverse customers
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
Schedule:
- Occasional Saturdays & Sundays (A couple a month)
- One Monday in August
- One Friday in September
- Can add other days as well if wanted, hoping to have the same employee come back next year!
