Job Overview
Sylvania United Church of Christ is seeking a qualified professional to serve as our next Office Manager. This part-time position (Monday-Thursday; 20-25 hrs/wk) is responsible for the efficient operation of the church office, and administration of tasks supporting our ministries and mission. We’re seeking a conscientious team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks, demonstrate flexibility, and be detail-oriented.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years recent office administrator or office manager work experience and be proficient using various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, database management, Canva, etc.). Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in-person, over the phone, and in writing. Background check required.
