Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily and monthly schedules are posted accordingly in PCC.
- Maintain and distribute a current listing of all nursing staff associates with phone numbers as needed.
- Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars
- Ensure state-required staff hours sheet is posted on units.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for the completion and maintenance of records for nursing staff upon hire, status change, and termination in a timely manner.
- Handles all Central Supply task and duties
- High School diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of experience in an office setting, CNA, or CMA Certification preferred.
- Previous staffing coordinator experience preferred
- Experience in long term care environment required
