Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant supporting three Sylvan Learning centers in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations across the three centers, including coordinating student assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, handling calls and parent communication, updating schedules, and preparing reports.
The Administrative Assistant will also coordinate closely with Center Directors across all locations to ensure smooth operations, consistent processes, and effective data management. This role reports directly to the COO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage administrative operations for three Columbus centers (New Albany, Dublin and Lewis Center)
• Coordinate and schedule student assessments across centers
• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and reporting systems
• Handle incoming calls and ensure professional communication with families
• Oversee scheduling for students and staff with high accuracy
• Collaborate with Center Directors to ensure consistency in operations and data management
• Prepare regular reports and updates for COO and CEO
• Support seamless communication between centers, staff, students, and families

Qualifications
• Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills with excellent organization
• Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience supporting leadership and handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
