This is a key leadership role and a rare opportunity to join a growing organization. As Associate Center Director, you’ll work closely with the Center Director (and owner/operator) to lead day-to-day operations while building deep, meaningful relationships with families. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to run a Sylvan center with a clear path to promotion and the chance to lead a center of your own.

If you are confident in your sales ability, passionate about helping families, and excited to grow with an expanding company this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive enrollment: Confidently lead family consultations, guide them toward the right program, and ask for the enrollment with clarity and care.

  • Build trust with families: Follow up with warmth, answer concerns with honesty, and make every parent feel like a valued partner in their child’s success.

  • Execute local marketing: Help implement proven outreach strategies to grow awareness and referrals.

  • Deliver platinum-level service: Keep families engaged by providing personal updates, progress reports, and consistent communication.

  • Own performance metrics: Support the Center Director in managing revenue, expenses, and collections while spotting areas for growth.

  • Support your team: Assist in training and motivating instructors to ensure quality instruction and team cohesion.

  • Grow professional relationships: Strengthen connections with local teachers, school administrators, and parent groups to build community partnerships.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree (required).

  • 2–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience.

  • A strong sales mindset: You’re comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and confidently presenting solutions.

  • A passion for education and making a difference in families’ lives.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organizational skills and a desire to take ownership.

  • Availability to work Monday–Thursday 10:00 am–6:30 pm and Saturday 9:30 am–12:30 pm.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive pay: $25/hour with performance-based bonuses ($50,000–$60,000 annually)

  • Clear path to Center Director

  • Retirement plan paid vacation and sick leave

  • A high-impact, growth-oriented role where you’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated
