Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s educational and operational goals
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with organizational priorities
- Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and effective team
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration among educators, students, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, accreditation standards, and safety regulations
- Lead curriculum development initiatives and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction
- Coordinate outreach efforts to engage families, local organizations, and stakeholders in center activities and programs
Experience
- Proven management experience in an educational or administrative setting, preferably within a university or higher education environment
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive change
- Experience in education administration with knowledge of curriculum development and teaching methodologies
- Familiarity with university systems or higher education policies is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences including staff, students, and community partners
- Prior experience in managing budgets and overseeing operational logistics within an educational context
