We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Education Sales Manager to join our Sylvan Learning Center team in Silverdale, WA. In this role, you will drive enrollment growth by engaging with prospective students and their families, promoting our educational programs, and building lasting relationships within the community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for education with sales expertise, all while making a difference in students’ lives.
This position shares center management reponsibilities with a Part-Time Education Director who oversees education programs, hires and trains teachers and serves as Lead Teacher.
Compensation
Hourly rate range between $24-$28 per hour (work schedule between 24-30 hours per week) with bonus based on obtaining sales targets and revenue goals. The bonus targets are reasonable and total monthly compensation for this P/T opportunity should be in the range of $3,200-$4,000 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment
- Engage with prospective families through outreach events, phone calls, and in-person meetings at the Sylvan center
- Promote Sylvan’s educational programs, highlighting their benefits and tailored learning solutions
- Build strong relationships with community organizations, schools, and local partners to expand outreach
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with instructional staff to understand program offerings and student needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and guiding families through enrollment processes
Requirements
- Prior experience in higher education teaching or education administration is highly desirable
- Proven success in sales or marketing roles within educational settings or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community partners
- Knowledge of university-level education environments or experience working with students is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building
