Responsibilities:
- Understand business data and associated nomenclature, i.e., hierarchy structure, business usage, impact of business realignments
- Create and maintain master data documentation (process instructions, work instructions, quick reference guides, etc.)
- Execute on-going maintenance procedures and ensure adherence to master data policies for Customer and Vendor
- Back-up support for Material data
- Assistance with designing and testing break-fix and/or new functionality
- Resolution of USD tickets including root cause
- Oversees day-to-day activities of the Capgemini Vendor Master Data team
- Ownership, adherence and communication of data standards & change control processes
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 Years experience
