PURPOSE & SCOPE
The Sr. Manager of Business Analysis supports the Director of Finance in the development and execution of strategic financial initiatives for the North American Papers business. This role assists in translating complex business needs into actionable financial insights, contributing to cost optimization, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of the strategic plan and annual budget.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics aligned with cost reduction and efficiency goals.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and scorecards for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the mills, supply chain, sales, and marketing to enhance financial decision-making.
- Participate in monthly earnings reviews and provide analytical support to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- 10 years of progressive financial experience; mill manufacturing cost experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and execution systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
