Title: Reliability Leader
Duties: Be a role model and champion for an injury-free workplace and promote safety and excellence in all areas of influence. Responsible for leading process safety improvements through personal commitment and other safety programs. Work closely with operations leadership to understand their needs and to maintain a one team, positive relationship, between operations and maintenance. Provide leadership in proactive maintenance practices and process reliability improvements. Lead outage planning and ensure safe execution of plans. Responsible for preparing, monitoring and managing the maintenance budget. Overall responsible for key reliability work system accountability and continuous improvement. Responsible for leading and developing salary team members with hourly direct reports. Manage maintenance contractors for various projects and activities.
Requirements: Must have bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical engineering or related and 5 years of leadership experience in a pulp and paper manufacturing environment, including:
Salary: $145-150k per year
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday

- Industrial safety procedures and regulations.
- Leading troubleshooting and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills including SAP and all Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance best practices.
- Employing a root cause failure analysis process.
- Tracking and measuring performance utilizing standard methods/tools.
Salary: $145-150k per year
