- Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate family strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management to clients in their homes.
- Engage in family-focused therapy to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate services with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources.
- Document all services provided in a timely and compliant manner.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensure (or eligibility) as an LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
- Experience with in-home therapy or family systems work preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
