Schedule

Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition appropriately
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow facility policies
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state-licensed)
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and dependable attendance
