Position Description
Title: SUPPORTING PROGRAMS BOOKKEEPER
Reports to: CSFO
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintains and monitors a system of accounts
- Assists all employees in understanding the purpose and proper use of accounts payable procedures and
- Prepares invoices for payment, including data entry of items into the computer system.
- Prepares purchase orders that need to be
- Works closely with all secretaries/bookkeepers in preparation of purchase
- Assists in preparation of materials for the annual financial
- Receipts all funds and makes timely
- Must be willing to attend professional development
- Works well with school personnel, and the general public while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of ethical
- Performs other duties requested by the
- Two years accounting experience, preferably in an organization with a financial operation similar to a public school
- High personal integrity, calm
- Conscientious and methodical in working with numerical

- Able to operate business office
