Position Description

Title: SUPPORTING PROGRAMS BOOKKEEPER

Reports to: CSFO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintains and monitors a system of accounts
  • Assists all employees in understanding the purpose and proper use of accounts payable procedures and
  • Prepares invoices for payment, including data entry of items into the computer system.
  • Prepares purchase orders that need to be
  • Works closely with all secretaries/bookkeepers in preparation of purchase
  • Assists in preparation of materials for the annual financial
