Role Description
We are seeking a talented and driven UGC Content Creator for a full-time, unpaid remote position for Summer 2026, or in person if you can commute a few times a week to the Berkeley Skydeck Penthouse in Berkeley, CA. In this role, you will act as the face of the brand, being in multiple videos per day across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Responsibilities also include collaborating with users and influencers, engaging with the community to amplify brand awareness, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage with users and create compelling content
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand market trends and user behavior
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to develop and implement impactful campaigns
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service to strengthen relationships and improve user experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High adaptability, creativity, and passion for new technological tools
- Experience with Google Docs and familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
