Role Description
Summer 2026. This is a remote, unpaid role, or in-person if you live in the Bay Area and are able to commute to the Berkeley Skydeck Penthouse in Berkeley, CA, a few times per week. In this role, you will assist in creating and managing social media campaigns, develop engaging and innovative social media content, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth and community engagement. If you have experience in UGC content creation, you will have the opportunity to do that as well to drive growth. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and helping implement effective digital marketing strategies to align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Creativity and initiative in generating fresh and innovative content ideas
- Basic understanding of analytical tools and performance metrics for social media
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI and emerging tech trends is a plus
- Experience with communities on platforms like Instagram, TikTok,, Twitter, or X is preferred
- Past UGC experience heavily preferred
