- The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate mastery in operating Production Lines
- Troubleshoot Production Lines
- Use the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) System as required in the execution of their job duties
- Use the Quality Issue Tracking System as required in the execution of their job duties
- Use other computer programs (e.g. Excel) as required in the execution of their job duties
- Assist Process Engineering as required
- Assist Improvement Teams as required

- High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
- Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Able to take verbal directions
- Understand written procedures
- Understand Physical and Quality Requirements
- Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Conditions (S.O.C.), Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.), etc.
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $27.60 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
- 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
