What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant - Mexico position at SYDENSTRICKER NOBBE PARTNERS?
- Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance.
- Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot.
- Performs monthly lot audits.
- Inventory Control, tracking inbound/outbound of company owned equipment. Loading unloading shipments.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
- Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees.
- Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events.
- Performs basic maintenance on company equipment such as, but not limited to, oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring.
- Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service.
- Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces things like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays.
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated.
- May include fill in for local transport drivers for non cdl needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes.
- Experience with basic computer functions.
- Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
- Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required. Classe E license preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
