What are the responsibilities and job description for the ECommerce Picker Packer- Wentzville position at SYDENSTRICKER NOBBE PARTNERS?
- Pick parts accurately based on customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests
- Pack and prepare parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to packing or delivery
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory
- Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper storage of parts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
- Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and audits
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or parts experience preferred (agriculture or heavy equipment a plus)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license may be required
