Clinic Charge Nurse (RN)
Sycuan Health Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinic Charge Nurse to support high-quality patient care in our Medical Clinic. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating daily patient flow, overseeing clinic operations, and supervising and mentoring clinical support staff.
The ideal candidate is a California licensed RN who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and is comfortable balancing patient care with operational and supervisory duties.
Key Highlights:
- Coordinate daily clinic workflow, triage, and nurse visits
- Provide direct patient care and assist with exams and procedures
- Supervise and support clinical support staff, including scheduling, competencies, and timekeeping
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality controls
- Serve as acting supervisor when providers are not on site
Requirements:
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
- Medical clinic experience preferred; Tribal Health experience a plus
Salary : $48 - $54
