JOB OBJECTIVE:
- The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and implementation of programs tailored to the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- This position ensures compliance with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and services.
Program Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement individualized program plans that align with the goals and preferences of clients.
- Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as needed to optimize outcomes.
- CARF Compliance. Stay abreast of CARF standards and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Conduct regular self-assessments and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Staff Training and Development:
- Provide training and ongoing support to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet CARF standards and deliver high-quality services.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain a system for continuous quality improvement, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Take proactive measures to address any identified gaps in service quality.
Client Advocacy and Support:
- Advocate for the rights and needs of clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and the broader community.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with CARF standards and regulatory requirements.
- Generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Community Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with community partners, local agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance resources and opportunities for clients.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Job Requirements:
- Non-standard, Flexible schedule based on program needs.
- Travel as required for training, program, community, and company events.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related role within the IDD field.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44, $50,000.00 per year
