Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical examinations
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic findings to establish diagnoses and treatment plans
- Order and perform diagnostic procedures
- Implement therapeutic interventions for acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate and administer patient care
- Provide services including:
- Joint and soft tissue injections
- Neuropathy injections
- Ultrasound-guided injections
- Allergy testing and treatment
- Regenerative medicine procedures
- Bracing and DME ordering/dispensing
- Co-manage rehabilitation therapy plans with the clinical team
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation
- Ensure accurate coding and billing compliance
- Effectively lead and manage clinical support staff
- Inspire and support patients throughout their healthcare journey
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification/license required
- Full Practice Authority preferred but not required
- Experience in primary care, physical medicine, orthopedics, rehabilitation, functional medicine, or integrative medicine preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- High degree of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
