REMOTE TOOLS
- You must have a combination of the following tools is required for our Remote Recruiter. Reliable internet access, own computer (laptop or desktop, webcam, headset or noise-canceling headphones, cell phone or landline, private work space free of distractions.
- Manage applicants through the hiring process including preliminary phone and pre-screens, drug screen, reference and background checks and other requirements
- Preparing and sending offer letters, pre-boarding and onboarding activities
- Assisting in preparing advertisements and suggesting approaches to employment advertising
- Manage and track multiple agencies & multiple locations
- Continuous interaction with hiring managers on a regular basis
- Minimum 3 years of combine experience working as a Recruiter and/or HR Generalist, or similar roles. Software tools include communication a Combination of experience using platforms such as Meet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), project management tools (Asana, Trello), and cloud storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox), and others
- One year of experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Brassring, Taleo, CATS, Bullhorn or other ATS systems
- Experience with external recruiting websites, and Internet-based sourcing tools and familiarity with sourcing strategies aligned to passive sourcing
- PHR, SHRM-CP or another human resources certification is preferred.
