As a Curbside Server, you will be required to have extensive knowledge of our food, wine and spirits so you can make recommendations to our Guests to enhance their carry out experience and ensure each order arrives exactly as expected. You must adhere to the timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality. To be successful as a server, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
- Guides guests through their carry out experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
- Maintains the cleanliness of work area and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
