We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience managing and litigating family law cases. Someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients during a time they are facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Compensation:$150,000
Responsibilities:- Manage a full case load
- attend depositions
- prepare for trial and attend court appearances
- attend mediations
- draft pleadings and correspondences
- draft motions
- draft legal briefs and memoranda
- communicate directly with clients
- collaborate with paralegals and other team members
- licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland
- be in good standing with the Maryland Supreme Court
- 5 years or more of experience handling family law cases
