Job Description: E-Commerce AssistantOverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support the daily operations of our e-commerce department. This role involves managing multi-platform online stores, coordinating logistics, assisting with brand promotion, and supporting key business initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Platform Account ManagementMaintain and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.Monitor, process, and track orders to ensure timely fulfillment.Provide customer service, including returns, refunds, and inquiry resolution.Manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities on different platforms.Coordinate shipping, delivery issues, and logistics-related communication.Assist with monitoring operating expenses and cost control.2. Sales Data Analysis & Key Customer SupportAnalyze sales performance and platform data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.Generate reports to support decision-making for product, marketing, and sales strategies.Maintain and support relationships with major or long-term customers.Provide suggestions to improve product visibility, conversion rate, and overall sales performance.3. Department Assistance & Logistics CoordinationAssist the E-Commerce department with daily administrative and operational tasks.Arrange Amazon FBA shipments with third-party logistics providers.Coordinate shipments from our warehouse, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.Communicate with carriers, warehouse staff, and Amazon to ensure smooth FBA processes.4. Brand Promotion & Marketing SupportAssist in brand-building activities across various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).Create engaging content, including short videos, product demos, and promotional materials.Write product-related articles, press releases, and company news for brand exposure.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns and increase brand awareness.Qualifications(Optional – adjust to fit your needs)Experience in e-commerce operations preferred (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)Basic understanding of Amazon FBA processes is a plus.Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.Able to use social media platforms for marketing purposes.Proficient with Excel skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
