Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Outreach
- Connect with potential customers through community events, networking, and home visits
- Promote fiberoptic internet services and educate customers on benefits
Customer Needs Assessment
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and support
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and results
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Provide regular sales updates and projections
Networking & Territory Expansion
- Develop local connections and generate leads to grow market presence
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Must reside in or near Centerville, MS
