Responsibilities
- Travel to client properties promptly, professionally, and on time
- Follow checklists for each property to ensure consistency and quality
- Sanitize, disinfect, dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop designated areas
- Ensure all tasks are completed for every assigned clean
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Take accountability and pride in your work
Requirements
✅ 2 years of professional cleaning experience (preferred)
✅ Must speak English (bilingual a plus)
✅ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Must pass a background check
✅ Strong knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques
✅ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
✅ Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods
✅ Must have or be willing to obtain insurance

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a plus)
- Morning and afternoon shifts available
- Flexible hours depending on client bookings
