SWTHZ is a luxury contrast therapy studio that specializes in scientifically backed heat and cold exposure methods proven to improve both physical and mental well-being. Each client enjoys up to 60 minutes in a private suite equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-C infused shower. Our suites also feature full entertainment systems, allowing guests to relax, meditate, watch TV, or listen to music.
SWTHZ Power & Light (operated by 6G Holdings) is seeking a dedicated and results-driven studio manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and foster a high-performing team culture. This role offers a clear pathway to advance into a multi-studio management position as the company continues to scale. Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Sales & Membership Growth (40%)
- Drive studio membership and revenue targets through effective sales strategies and retention initiatives
- Coach and mentor sales associates on sales techniques and brand knowledge
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs to inform sales strategies and decision-making
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and generate quality leads
- Lead pre-sale activities and oversee all aspects of the studio opening process
Leadership & Team Management (40%)
- Foster a high-performing, engaged team with a strong “adapt and overcome” mindset
- Create a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members feel valued and empowered
- Provide training and coaching to develop team skills and ensure role success
- Lead by example with exceptional work ethic, communication, and client service
- Implement performance management practices, including feedback loops, goal setting, and reviews
Operational Excellence (20%)
- Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and policy compliance
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment that supports an outstanding client experience
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are consistently met
- Optimize cleaning schedules to maintain studio quality and keep attrition below 7%
- Continuously seek and implement improvements for both employee and member experiences
Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for a results-driven leader with a background in sales and customer service, who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in a sales or membership-based environment
- Experience in relationship selling, value-based presentations, and objection handling
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality
- Experience with relationship-based selling, building value, and overcoming objections
- Proven success in leading a team through studio openings and grand launch phases
