Client Experience and Membership Sales Specialist (Part Time)
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA and Dresher, PA
Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience, plus monthly bonuses
Job Type: Part time, 20 to 35 hours per week
Looking for candidates for both the Bryn Mawr and Upper Dublin studios. Weekday opening shift (starting at 6:30am) and/or weekend availability is preferred.

Position Summary
We are hiring a Client Experience and Membership Sales Specialist to support front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, drive membership sales, and maintain a clean and premium studio environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in membership sales within fitness, spa, or wellness who thrives on hitting goals and connecting with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests while creating a positive first impression
- Build rapport and educate guests on sauna and cold plunge benefits
- Drive membership and package sales through consultative selling
- Follow up with leads and recent visitors to increase conversions
- Manage appointments, bookings, and studio communications
- Clean and reset suites including showers, saunas, cold plunges, and common areas
- Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and sanitization standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Sales experience in fitness, wellness, spa, hospitality, or similar preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with sales conversations and overcoming objections
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Able to perform physical tasks including cleaning and room resets
- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is highly beneficial
