Position Summary
We are looking for a Membership Sales Team Member who can create a strong first impression, connect with guests, convert prospects into members, and deliver a premium customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with previous gym membership sales, fitness sales, or another membership-based sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a premium first impression
- Conduct tours and explain the SWTHZ experience with confidence and enthusiasm
- Convert leads, trials, and walk-ins into memberships
- Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
- Track appointments, leads, and sales activity consistently
- Support front desk operations and guest check-in flow
- Help drive membership growth through daily outreach and in-studio selling
- Assist with local outreach, community events, and promotions
- Helping to clean, making the suites and studio ready for guests
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in gym membership sales, fitness sales, retail sales, hospitality sales, or another customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Professional, polished, and upbeat presence
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Comfortable using phone, text, email, and software systems for lead follow-up
- Available for a full-time or part-time schedule, including some weekends
- Background from Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Orangetheory, Crunch, F45, Club Pilates, Restore, or similar is preferred
Compensation: $20/hour commission (commission structure to be determined)
