Learn more at www.swordhealth.com.Sword Health is seeking a Seasonal Intake Specialist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) to join the Move business unit as part of our Clinical Operations team for at least 3 months. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for new members, collecting key information and setting them up for success in the program via telephone call or video call. You’ll use the Sword Portal to ensure accurate onboarding, establish initial goals, and guide members through the first steps of their journey - laying the groundwork for meaningful engagement and long-term results.This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.All of our PTs work 100% from home.
