Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and addressing guest inquiries promptly.
- Procure, prep, prepare and serve a delicious breakfast each day
- Oversee daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and front desk management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle reservations with professional phone etiquette; manage booking schedules to optimize occupancy.
- Supervise staff or coordinate with service providers to maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness throughout the property.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, revenue management, and human resources functions to support the financial health of the inn.
- Implement and monitor guest relations strategies to enhance satisfaction, handle complaints diplomatically, and foster positive reviews.
- Oversee security protocols to ensure safety for guests during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with leadership skills that motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Demonstrated cooking skills (must be able to prepare a fantastic breakfast for up to 34 people daily).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management systems.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
