We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives. This role will focus on modernizing procurement processes, systems, and capabilities while driving strategic roadmap execution and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage procurement transformation roadmaps
- Partner with business, technology, finance, and operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into product requirements and solutions
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption
- Drive stakeholder alignment, governance, change management, and value realization
- Support vendor engagements, business cases, and executive communications
Qualifications
- 10 years of Product Management, Transformation, or Program Management experience
- Proven success leading large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Strong roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving process modernization and organizational change
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Procurement, P2P, S2P, supplier management, or procurement operations experience
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow
- Backgrounds in Product Management, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Program Leadership highly preferred.
