Are you an experienced fiber, telecom, or utility construction professional looking for a stable, year-round opportunity?
We are seeking a Senior Fiber Construction Technician (Foreman) to lead outside plant fiber construction crews and help build the infrastructure that connects communities.
What you’ll do:
✅ Lead and coordinate daily activities for fiber construction crews
✅ Operate underground and aerial construction equipment
✅ Work with equipment such as HDD drills, trenchers, plows, rock saws, backhoes, and bucket trucks
✅ Review construction plans, manage job progress, and ensure safety and quality standards
✅ Train and support team members in the field
What we’re looking for:
✔ 2 years operating construction equipment (HDD, trenchers, backhoes, bucket trucks, etc.)
✔ 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience
✔ Fiber, telecom, OSP, or utility construction background preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements
