About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager, Global Integrated Campaigns to support the planning, execution, and operational excellence of global marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with campaign strategists, product marketing, creative, content, social, paid media, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive campaign effectiveness, alignment, and scalability across a global organization.
The ideal candidate has experience working within a large, matrixed B2B marketing environment and excels at translating business objectives into actionable campaign plans, processes, and enablement programs.
What You'll Do
Global Campaign Operations & Planning
- Manage and maintain the global campaign flighting calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Support campaign planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams.
- Help drive operational excellence and consistency across the global integrated campaigns function.
Program & Project Management
- Support leadership communications, team meetings, agendas, and presentation development.
- Maintain campaign repositories, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
Enablement, Templates & Best Practices
- Manage and update onboarding materials for campaign teams.
- Design and maintain scalable templates, playbooks, calendars, SLAs, and post-campaign review processes.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive adoption of enablement resources through training, communication, and feedback programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Organize and facilitate campaign planning meetings, launch reviews, status updates, and post-launch retrospectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across product marketing, creative, content, localization, and other teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Serve as a central point of coordination, communication, and alignment throughout campaign lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, demand generation, or program management.
- Experience working within a large global B2B organization and matrixed marketing environment.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, project management, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing scalable marketing processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting global marketing programs and distributed teams.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
