- Program Management: Drive operational readiness across HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT; track milestones, manage risks, and facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Data & Insights: Develop KPIs and dashboards to track expansion success; provide senior stakeholders with forecasting, impact analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify scalability gaps and implement automated solutions, standardized tools, and process improvements to enhance global efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2β5 years in Business Ops, Strategy, or Consulting, with a focus on global expansion or enterprise transformation (HR/Payroll/Legal exposure preferred).
- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Visualization; experience with Workday is a plus.
