Financial Reporting Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing team in Bellevue, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional with public accounting experience who is looking to expand their financial reporting expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
• Own key financial reporting processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform account reconciliations, account analysis, and variance analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting
• Partner with accounting, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
• Assist in preparing financial reports, disclosures, and supporting documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and help adapt reporting practices as business needs evolve
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 2 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience
• Big 4 experience preferred (Associate or Staff level with financial reporting exposure)
• CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Workiva experience
• Oracle ERP experience
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $81,000
• 10% Annual Bonus Target
• Additional Financial Incentives
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days Onsite in Bellevue, WA
