Enterprise AI Portfolio Value Capture Analyst

Position: Enterprise AI Portfolio Value Capture Analyst
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid) or remote
Pay Rate: $48/hr
Duration: Through August 10, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Track AI use cases through intake, governance, implementation, production readiness, and value realization.
• Maintain and reconcile portfolio data across trackers, dashboards, reports, and source systems.
• Support value capture documentation, including projected benefits, realized savings, costs, assumptions, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze portfolio trends, funding needs, platform usage, lifecycle stages, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and use case owners to gather updates, resolve data gaps, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support program operations through meeting coordination, status reporting, action item tracking, and documentation management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft tools, including Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational workflows.
• Prepare clear written summaries and status updates for business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting portfolio management, PMO operations, governance, business operations, or data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using SharePoint, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with reporting, dashboard development, or data visualization.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or Power Automate is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Interest or experience in AI portfolio management, technology governance, business operations, or value tracking is highly desirable.
